Types of refrigeration equipment
Industrial refrigeration machines and installations serve to reduce and maintain temperature within a given range. As a rule, we are talking about the temperature difference with the environment from 10 degrees. Equipment that allows cooling below minus 153 degrees Celsius is no longer called refrigeration, but cryogenic, work with it requires special tolerances.
Industrial refrigeration units are necessarily carried out according to the design task, which includes information about what needs to be cooled, how cooled, and what.
Refrigeration units consist of one or more refrigeration machines, which include: water, gas and energy supply systems, control equipment, control and measuring equipment, and a heat exchange system with a cooled object. The most efficient and productive type of industrial refrigeration equipment at present are chillers – refrigeration machines with an intermediate coolant, which is supplied to fan coils or other heat exchangers through a system of pipelines. Chillers have internal and external blocks. Internal – evaporators are thin coils through which freon (for example) of low pressure circulates. The coil cools the water, which then flows to the fan coils and central air conditioners. External units – capacitors – release heat from anywhere into the atmosphere.
By the type of their device chillers are divided into air and liquid. In the first case, the capacitors are cooled by an incoming stream of air, in the second – by a liquid (usually not freezing). Despite the presence of additional elements (such as a cooling tower, for example), the more stringent requirements for installation (ventilator, basement or other specially allocated space) increased complexity and cost, it is such industrial cooling systems that have recently become more common (mainly due to relatively small dimensions and high productivity).
Preparatory stage of installation
The preparatory stage for the installation of industrial refrigeration equipment consists in studying the drawings of industrial facilities, passports of refrigeration equipment, factory instructions and technical conditions. Also, before the start of installation, the specialists of Sintez TMK perform the development of RPR, the laying of supply networks and pipelines.
Due to the significant weight, dimensions of the units and units, the installation of industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as all previous work, must be carried out in strict accordance with the provisions specified in the technical documentation of the equipment manufacturer. Technical specifications (TU) for connection to intra-workshop engineering networks, the project of their placement, as well as updated editions of the relevant GOST, SNIP, JV and other regulatory documents.

The efficiency and speed of installation of industrial refrigeration equipment is largely determined by the special equipment and means of mechanization used for the implementation of work and in particular: used mounting cranes, portal systems, lifting mechanisms, loaders. The choice of a particular device or crane depends on the geometric dimensions, weight and design location of the equipment. As a rule, for the installation of industrial refrigeration equipment, automobile cranes with a carrying capacity of about 25 tons and a boom departure of up to 22 meters are used. Installation of refrigeration equipment includes the following operations (on the example of a chiller, enlarged): delivery of a chiller, installation and installation of supply networks and pipelines (including those that connect the internal and external chiller unit), marking of the equipment placement, lifting and installing a chiller, connecting a chiller, tying a chiller on water, installation of a hydromodule, installation and configuration of automatic control systems, testing, commissioning of a chiller, delivery of equipment to the customer. The cost of work is strictly individual, but always justified by calculations.
