Acceptance of the foundation for the installation of equipment is estimated in accordance with the marks and location of the foundation bolts to the axes of the equipment and fastening holes, pits.
The foundations for the equipment are the base of mounted machines.
The acceptance of foundations for installation of equipment includes geodetic survey of the planned and high-altitude position of surfaces intended for installation and placement of foundation bolts. The quality of concrete and mixtures for filling foundation bolts is also checked by laboratory method. The strength of the bolt sealing should be tested by experimental tightening with a dynamometer key at a given moment. Geodetic survey data are compared with the drawings of the foundation and anchor plan. Norms allow deviation of the accuracy of the installation of bolts in terms of up to 5 mm, and vertically – 20 mm. Sometimes equipment suppliers set more stringent requirements, which are achieved when using high-precision geodetic instruments.
Before installing equipment on the foundations and adjacent sites, it is necessary to:Install references and plaques in accordance with the geodetic justification. Their number, as well as placement should meet the convenience of access to them at all stages of installation;
Fall asleep to the design mark of the sinuses between parts of the foundation, protect openings and passages, and over the pits to install bridges with fences;
Install padding for stretching control axes and stationary racks for fastening theodolites or laser devices;
Arranging black floors, glazing windows and laying the provided access roads;
lay pipelines of water, steam, compressed air, as well as power supply and lighting cables in accordance with the PPR and engineering systems projects;
Organize wiring on the foundations and channels of power supply and compressed air for power supply of mechanized equipment, local lighting, wiring of oxygen and gas;
commissioning of bridge cranes;
Install local heaters in the case of work in the cold season and lack of heating.
Acceptance is considered fulfilled if the parameters of the executive documentation correspond to the parameters of the project, or possible deviations are agreed by the design organization and the equipment manufacturer.
