Device of window and ejection openings of the polymerization building of LLC “ROKVUL”
The work was performed for 37 calendar days.
The first stage is the development of the project and PRP, the manufacture of metal structures at the production site of the ceiling.
The second stage – construction and installation work was completed in 12 working days.
Features of the project
As a result of the industrial examination of the building, the probability of an explosion in the equipment was established and the need to take measures to protect the building from destruction by the device of ejection openings.
Designing
A project for dismantling flooring plates with a device for easily reset roofing from metal structures has been developed. To achieve the required area of explosive openings, additional openings in the walls were also designed. For the organization of work on the replacement of the structure of the floors in the conditions of the current production was developed RPR, involving the use of a crane “liebherr”.
Equipment used
In the performance of these works were used:
– Liebherr crane with a carrying capacity of 75 tons;
– JCB hammer;
– dump trucks;
– carriers of containers for construction waste;
– scaffolding and tours;
– welding equipment;
– gas burners;
– electronic thickness gauge;
– sets of manual electrical and mechanical equipment.
Brief description of work
During the mobilization period, light metal frames capable of carrying the load of the roof, having a size of 3 x 12 meters, were manufactured and delivered to the site. The assembly was carried out directly at the facility, where installation sites were welded to the frames. Dismantling of flooring plates was carried out after the installation of protective decks that protect technological equipment from damage. To ensure the possibility of lifting the old coating plates, one of the plates was cut along into two parts. To prevent equipment from getting wet in the resulting openings, frames were immediately installed and covered with waterproof material. Then a light roof cake with a slope from the mineral of cotton plates was restored. The required area of ejection openings of the ball was achieved by the organization of window openings in reinforced concrete walls with a thickness of 450 mm with filling with PVC windows with deaf windows. The demolished reinforced concrete slabs were destroyed along with the dismantled old roof cake and taken from the enterprise for disposal.
Monitoring and quality of work
At all stages of work, incoming control of project documentation and supplied materials was carried out. All employees were regularly tested professional knowledge and skills. All employees at the facility have undergone the necessary training and have the relevant documents. The quality of hidden works is confirmed by the commission with mandatory registration of acts. The quality of welded joints and fire treatment is checked by representatives of accredited laboratories.
Possible errors
To carry out work on replacing structural elements of existing buildings, even in the presence of the necessary archival design and design documentation, we recommend conducting a control survey and measurements of building structures.
