Sintez TMK offers comprehensive services installation of industrial machines.
Types of industrial machines
In a broad sense, a machine is a machine used in industrial production either to process various materials or to perform some work. The nomenclature of industrial machines is represented mainly by the following types of units: weaving, printing, drilling, swinging, balancing, stone-carving, woodworking and metal cutting. The latter, in turn, are divided into: turning, drilling, milling, grinding, toothworking, cutting and so on. Accordingly, the use of machines in industry can be very diverse.
As a rule, the design of the machine contains (enlarged): a foundation plate, a mill, an electric motor, a gearbox, working organs, a feed mechanism and a coordinate table. Supply communications to industrial machines may include power supply networks, recycled water supply for cooling particularly heat-loaded parts, exhaust ventilation and air supply networks. Engineering systems and supply communications can be laid in the floor, in channels, through the air, on walls, and if necessary, several of the above methods simultaneously. Depending on the type and power, the dimensions and weight of industrial machines can be up to 10 or more meters in length and 10 or more tons, respectively.Preparatory work
Given the large weight and dimensions of industrial machines, the installation and rigging of machines must be approached very responsibly. Even before the start of installation, the specialists of Sintez TMK conduct a large range of preparatory work. Drawings of industrial facilities, passports of machines, factory instructions, technical conditions, connection points to engineering networks and free capacities are studied.
Also, before the start of installation and rigging of industrial machines, the specialists of Sintez TMK are developing projects for the installation of foundations, RPR for the installation of the machine. Only after obtaining the initial data and signing by the parties of an exhaustive package of documents (the main of which is the Certificate of Inspection of the forms established by the RD-11-02-2006 design), it is possible to start installation, dismantling and any other work with the components and assemblies of machines.
FUNDAMENT Requirements
Taking into account the characteristics of industrial machines and the specifics of the work they perform (usually accompanied by increased vibration load), special attention is paid to the installation of the foundation for them even before installing these units. Depending on the weight and nature of the work, the machines can be installed either on the floor of the shop, or on their own belt foundation, on an ordinary foundation, on a pile foundation, on a foundation with vibration-extinguishing supports, as well as on a spring-loaded foundation (the last two types of foundations are used for highly vibrating machines).
Foundations for industrial machines can be made of brick, reinforced concrete, concrete, butt concrete, steel structures. The foundations of heavy and especially accurate machines are made of reinforced concrete of high grades. In all cases, before the start of installation of machines, mandatory control of the geometry of the foundation surface and fastening points of the machine is performed.
If the facility already has a foundation for an industrial machine, or if the work on its construction was performed by a third-party organization, the specialists of Sintez TMK will carry out a set of works on its comprehensive inspection, and if necessary, perform laboratory studies of the foundation material for compliance with the declared strength characteristics. The competitive advantage of Sintez TMK is a responsible approach to all work performed. In terms of manufacturing foundations for industrial equipment, the principle of the company is to minimize the impact of the human factor on the final result of work. To avoid misunderstandings, Sintez TMK often arranges the delivery of higher-grade concrete and grades to the facility than is envisaged by the construction project. This allows you to quickly achieve the design strength of concrete, and load the foundation with industrial equipment.
Equipment and equipment for installation
The efficiency and speed of installation of industrial machines is largely determined by the special equipment used for the implementation of work, mechanization means and in particular: used mounting cranes, portal systems, loaders. The choice of specific equipment, crane for machine installation depends on its geometric dimensions, weight and design location. As a rule, wheeled or stationary cranes with a carrying capacity of about 25 tons are used for installation of industrial machines.
Transport and delivery
Industrial machines can arrive at the site both in full factory readiness, canned, and individual assembly elements. Special attention is paid by the specialists of our company to the stage of transportation of machines or their parts from the territory of the manufacturer to the installation site. This process is divided into several technological stages: the delivery of equipment by the plant, inspection, loading on transport, unloading and temporary storage until the final installation of the machine on the foundation. During each stage, the condition of the equipment is monitored for no damage, the completion of work is recorded by acts with the mandatory signatures of specialists appointed by orders of both the handing over and the receiving party.
Tank installation
The accuracy of the industrial machine depends largely on the correct installation, so in the process of designing and installing equipment, special attention should be paid to its installation and reconciliation. When choosing the installation site, it is necessary to take into account the opening radius of all doors and hatches, the rotation of the motor plate of the electric motor, as well as the possibility of carrying out work on routine maintenance and routine repair of the machine. Industrial machines, as a rule, are installed on foundation bolts and checked in three planes. In any of the positions, the deviation from the level shall not exceed 0.02 mm for every 1000 mm of overall machine length.
Installation and movement of industrial machines is carried out both on free (open) sites and in the conditions of existing production. Specialists of the company “Sintez TMK” will make a task for installation, conduct a survey, perform design, develop RRP, transport, perform construction and installation work, conduct acceptance tests, issue executive documentation and put the machines into operation. If necessary, Sintez TMK specialists can prepare installation openings, transshipment platforms, as well as carry out regular maintenance and repair of industrial machines.
The cost of installation of industrial machines is strictly individual and consists of a whole range of works, in which prices for the installation and rigging of machines are only one of the components of the final estimate.
Why are we?
The company “Sintez TMK” has a unique experience in the installation, dismantling and rigging of industrial machines. By ordering the service of installation, dismantling and movement of machines in our company, you are guaranteed to receive high-quality service and save yourself from the need to eliminate the consequences of an unprofessional attitude to the case. Unplanned financial losses can also lead to negligence during testing, in the process of commissioning equipment, but most importantly, when accepting the foundation before installing the machine.
