      The hydrocracking reactor is used to process heavy petroleum distillates in a stationary catalyst layer in the presence of hydrogen.

      Hydrocracking reactors are the heart of the deep oil refining plant.

      In Russia, until recently, the process of hydrocracking was not used, but in the 2000s, capacities were introduced at plants in Perm, Yaroslavl and Ufa, hydrotreating plants were reconstructed at a number of plants under the process of light hydrocracking.       The joint construction of hydrocracking and catalytic cracking plants within the framework of deep oil refining complexes seems to be the most effective for the production of high-octane gasoline and high-quality medium distillates.

      Transportation of hydrocracking reactor

      A critical issue is the transportation of the hydrocracking reactor to the destination plant: transportation must be carried out according to the door-to-door scheme to ensure the construction of the facility on a turnkey basis in a short time.

      The main part of the transportation of bulky and heavy goods (CTG) can be carried out by rail, which has restrictions on the dimensions and loads on the axle of rolling stock.

      Transportation of hydrocracking columns should be carried out in multimodal communication with the participation of sea and road transport and the use of special oversized rolling stock and special equipment for the production of loading and unloading operations, taking into account the transfer from one mode of transport to another.

      Installation of a hydrocracking reactor

      If the weight of the reactor is 1400 tons and the load capacity of the crane is 1250 tons, lifting heavy equipment units occurs by a special method, using a hinge.

      The hinge is an element of the foundation design having a reciprocal part on the vessel skirt, it takes on part of the weight of the received equipment, thereby allowing to significantly reduce the carrying capacity of the main crane. As a result, reduce the total cost of the customer.

      To exclude rollover at the moment of displacement of the center of gravity with the help of the brake system pulls the device in the opposite direction and does not allow it to carry out spontaneous movement by inertia.
