If possible, complete assembly of the structure should be made as close as possible to the installation site. When the movement of vehicles is stopped, the dismantling of the roadway begins, and then the development of the soil and digging the passage of the desired width in the embankment. The amount of equipment involved in these works should be precisely calculated so that the speed of laying the passage was maximum, and safety requirements were observed, and the machines did not interfere with each other.
The soil is removed and immediately loaded into dump trucks, the number of which should correspond to the performance of excavators. The land is immediately removed from the installation site to make room for the installation of the tunnel, taking into account the site on which it is transported.
As the passage is developed, the structure slowly moves forward. Thus, by the time the excavation of the soil is completed, the tunnel will be practically in the right place. At this time, cranes and lifts should be prepared for cleaning the platform and installing the tunnel in place.
Now again involved dump trucks with cargo, bulldozers and excavators to fill the cargo in the gaps on the sides and on top of the structure, machines for hammering piles.
