Production of installation works occurs when installing technological equipment, which can consist of units with large sizes and weight, as well as a significantly raised center of mass relative to the surface, which causes difficulties during installation.

Since units weighing more than 300 tons are difficult to transport and install assembled, there are several ways to install such structures.

Knot assembly allows you to supply ready-made large equipment units to the site and install them in the working position. In this case, for the lifting of relatively light weight blocks, it is enough to have universal lifting machines present in the shop, standard equipment.

Large block installation pre-assembly of equipment units delivered from the manufacturer on a separate site. Installation of the unit can be carried out completely or in large blocks. With a separate assembly of large units, it is possible to achieve higher quality at lower labor costs, but at the same time requires a longer and more expensive preparatory stage.

Installation of large blocks, supplied by the manufacturer, the most preferred in terms of the quality of the assembly, which is produced by specialists in factory conditions. Difficulties can be caused by the delivery of such units, the weight of which can reach 200 tons, and limited capacity of lifting equipment. This method requires the use of mechanisms that have a large load capacity. To lift large blocks can be used special autonomous systems, lifts with mounting on the bearing elements of buildings, frames of the unit itself.
