Separator installation
Usually, such equipment is supplied by the manufacturer in disassembled form. Under the installation of the cyclone, a special site is allocated for the unloading of individual units, the weight of each of which can be several tons. For assembly, rigging equipment and a gantry crane are used.
The order of installation of the cyclone depends on the design. Most often, the equipment is mounted on the body on the foundation or suspended directly on the bearing elements of the building. The reason for fixing the shell must be prepared in advance. Anchor bolts are inserted into special wells made in the foundation and concreted. Installation of air jet separator can be made only after hardening of concrete by at least 60%.
