Autoclave rigging

Loading is made taking into account the location of its center of gravity. Recommendations for slinging give the manufacturer of the unit. On the body for mounting slings, special eyelets or holes are provided. If the options for fastening the autoclave are not specified, the sling scheme will be developed by the Company’s engineers.
If the autoclave installation is installed in a room that is difficult to access, it may be necessary to dismantle the walls or roof of the building. High-quality rigging allows you to move the unit to the installation site and install in the working position.
Installation of an autoclave
Autoclaves are rarely used on their own, they can be part of various technological lines. Now the demand for products made of cellular concrete does not fall, so plants for the production of autoclave concrete grow like mushrooms, an important component of which is autoclaves.

The work consists of several stages:
- Preliminary, on which the RRP is performed, the amount of material and human resources necessary is determined, the equipment necessary for the production of works is supplied;
- Preparatory, when a place is prepared for the installation of an autoclave, the foundation is made, supports are mounted, anchor bolts are installed for supports, sliding and stationary;
- Autoclave installation is put in working position with the help of powerful cranes, jacks, lifts;
- Structure strapping to connect to the supply of steam, air, water;
- Conducting water tests, installing thermal insulation.
Qualification of the Company’s specialists allows them to conduct a technical inspection of the design. All necessary notes are made in the passport, a package of documents is prepared for the commissioning of the autoclave installation.
To obtain a certificate of installation quality required at the start of the unit, for the installation organization it is necessary to have certificates for various works, to monitor all operations, to fix the quality of welded and other joints.

Transport of an autoclave

When transporting autoclaves with a diameter of more than four meters, you will have to dismantle the signs, banners hanging over the road, and lift the wires of power lines.
Very large autoclaves are immersed on special trawls or low-frame platforms. An important point is the correct and reliable securing of the cargo, preventing its shift or rotation, which will be provided by professional riggers from Synthesis TMK. If several modes of transport are used, transshipment is organized at the transshipment site, for which the Company has a large selection of lifting equipment and personnel trained to work on it.
The traffic schedule is coordinated with the traffic police, if necessary, announced in the media. Special transport is ordered for escort. The road, even at a short distance, can take several days, as the speed of the train is very small.
