The manufacturer of equipment provides detailed instructions for assembly, but in specific conditions, original solutions that do not contradict the factory documentation can be used to optimize the installation and use of improvised tools.

When installing equipment, work is carried out in several stages, each of which ends with the execution of the Act, which is an admission to the transition to the next stage.
Installation consists of the following main stages
- Preparation of the object for installation includes the manufacture of the foundation, transportation from the manufacturer, unloading and rigging, unpacking of all parts of the unit on the installation site. At the end of the assembly, an Act is drawn up confirming the readiness of the facility for the start of installation of equipment.
- Installation includes pre-assembly, movement and installation on the prepared base of individual units or the entire unit. Appropriate mechanisms are used for work. The act signed at this stage testifies to the correctness of installation of technological equipment on the foundation.
- Connection to factory engineering networks includes connection to electric networks, water and steam supply, air ducts. The strength of the pipelines is checked, as the Act is drafted.
- Performance control and equipment testing begins with a reliability check, without distortions, installation of the unit and free rotation of the shafts, after which idling is performed. All components and parts should work smoothly, without beating. In case of noise or vibration, you need to turn off the equipment and understand the causes of the problem. If there are no problems, you should gradually apply the load, after some time reaching passport indicators. The signed Test Act confirms the readiness of the unit for use.
Without the correct execution of all documents, the commissioning of equipment is impossible.
