Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Text of consent to the processing of personal data:

Hereby I, hereinafter the “Personal Data Subject”, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, freely, by my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the Operator to process my personal data, both without and with the use of automation tools, provided by me when using the website https://sinteztmk.ru/en/ and the services associated with it (hereinafter the “Service”), as well as those obtained as a result of such use, on the following terms:

1. List of personal data being processed

1.1. Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data, which may be provided explicitly or collected automatically and are neither special nor biometric:

– Personal data provided explicitly: surname, first name, patronymic, gender, phone number, citizenship, profession, position, email address, phone number.
– Data collected automatically: IP address; data transmitted by cookie files (cookies — files for storing user data in the browser); information about the type of browser and operating system; technical characteristics of the device; the date and time of access to the Service; the addresses of the requested pages; data collected by the Yandex.Metrica service and other similar tools.

2. Purposes of processing personal data

2.1. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator solely for the following pre-defined and lawful purposes specified in the Operator’s Privacy Policy:

– promotion of goods, works and services on the market;
– provision of services and fulfilment of contractual obligations;
– carrying out information interaction.

3. Methods and conditions of processing personal data

3.1. The processing of personal data may be carried out by a non-automated method and includes the actions provided for by law: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, deletion, destruction.

3.2. The Subject confirms that he/she is aware of the legal requirement to process the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation

3.3. The Operator undertakes not to disclose to third parties and not to distribute personal data without the Subject’s consent, except in cases provided for by federal law (for example, at the request of authorised state bodies), as well as when transferring data for the purposes of processing to authorised persons (for example, payment systems, hosting providers), provided that they maintain confidentiality.

3.4. The following third parties process the provided personal data on behalf of the Operator:

– OOO “Yandex” (Russia), 119021, Moscow, Lva Tolstogo St., 16.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

4.1. The Subject has the right to:

– Receive from the Operator full information on the processing of his/her personal data.
– Demand the clarification, blocking or destruction of his/her personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or unlawfully obtained.
– Withdraw this consent in full or in part by sending a written application to the email address: ksm3@mail.ru.
– Protect his/her rights and lawful interests, including the recovery of losses and compensation for moral harm in court.

5. Validity period of the consent

5.1. This consent is valid from the moment it is given and until the purposes of data processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the Personal Data Subject.

5.2. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator is obliged to stop processing personal data and destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the said withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by the agreement between the Operator and the Subject or another agreement between them.

6. Final provisions

6.1. This Consent is an integral part of the Personal Data Processing Policy posted at: /en/privacy-policy/, and is provided in accordance with it.

6.2. Matters not regulated by this Consent shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
