Order the installation of industrial equipment from our company – we work strictly according to the layouts for installation, storage, large-unit assembly and pre-installation inspection areas provided for in the POS and PPR.
Before starting work, we will check the installation of temporary utility networks supplying the site with water, steam and electricity, and the availability of roads and access ways.
We ship industrial equipment across Russia – if necessary we transport the machinery disassembled. Arrange an installation area in advance, where the arriving units and installation blocks will be unloaded.

We will install and technically operate industrial equipment of any complexity, regardless of the industry and climatic conditions – we work in Moscow and the Moscow Region.
We offer a full range of services: from dismantling to equipment delivery, and we guarantee that the work is completed within the timeframe set out in the contract. We optimise your costs – you will not need to turn to outside specialists, as several craftsmen with 5+ years of experience will work on your project at once. We work closely with equipment suppliers, utility companies and municipal services.
Industrial equipment installation: 8 stages of flawless work
- Reviewing the design documentation, analysing the feasibility of the installation, coordinating cooperation with other organisations involved in the works, and developing the PPR;
- If necessary, participating in the purchase of equipment and negotiating with the supplier taking specific conditions into account;
- Preparing the site for equipment installation and laying the foundation;
- Accepting the received equipment, checking its integrity and completeness, and, if necessary, ordering missing components or fasteners;
- Installing the main and auxiliary equipment;
- Connecting the machines to the utility networks;
- Testing and commissioning works;
- Obtaining permits for commissioning and handing the equipment over to the customer.

Before work begins, we establish cooperation between the developer, the project author, the construction supervision service and the builder. During the project we will carry out:
- Installation of foundation bolts.
- Acceptance of the facility's foundations for equipment installation (on the basis of SNiP 3.05.05-84).
- Acceptance of equipment for installation on the basis of the technical specifications (TU) for manufacture and the DTT, as well as the relevant industry standards.
- Pre-installation inspection and large-unit assembly of the equipment.
- Installation and alignment of the equipment on the foundations.
- Final assembly of the equipment with the closing of gearboxes, clutches, casings and guards.
- Inspection and handover of the equipment for operation.
- To reduce the developer's risks, the installation company should take part in reviewing the equipment supply contract.
- The installation company develops additional technical requirements for the supply of equipment and, if necessary, compiles and processes the design and estimate documentation.
