Grinding machines – machines for processing metals with abrasive tools – grinding circles (periphery or end of a circle) to obtain surfaces with low roughness. They are usually used for finishing parts.
The principle of operation of grinding machines is to remove several thin layers of metal from the surface of the metal structure. The thickness of these layers sometimes reaches tenths of a micrometer, which ensures exceptional smoothness and purity of the surface.
The following types of machine tools are most often used: round-grinding, intra-grinding, flat-grinding – for processing planes and conjugated flat surfaces, and centroshlyphic.

Grinding machine start-up
Installation of the grinding machine is used to test the main characteristics of the product and its components before the start of the operating period.
To perform commissioning works, the Customer allocates his representative authorized for the prompt resolution of organizational and technical issues.
The list of equipment and tools necessary for carrying out the PNR is available from service engineers of Sintez TMK.
After the start-up is completed, the machine is checked according to the Certificate of Acceptance for Conformity with Technical Specifications, after which the relevant Act on executed PPR is drawn up.
According to the results of commissioning, the Customer is put into operation equipment corresponding to passport data.
