Features of this project
The work was carried out according to the technical task from the operation service and the construction task from the equipment suppliers. Constant geodetic and laboratory control worked at the facility all the time.

Applicable equipment
In the performance of these works were used:
– Excavator, dump truck;
– Set of equipment for general construction works: vibration seals, construction tours, equipment for diamond cutting of concrete, welding equipment, geodetic and laboratory equipment, excavator-loader, car concrete truck, grinders, seam carvers, etc.

Summary of Work Production
Work began with the collection of raw data, design, planning and preparation of the RWP. During the mobilization period, dust shelters and an exhaust ventilation system were made. Surveyors started working on the site. Dismantling of the existing floor plate was carried out around the clock, without stopping production. The foundation was made of sand with a layered seal and a chop.
For the installation of formwork, reinforcement and embedded parts, the number of personnel was doubled. Layer-by-layer concrete foundations were carried out with constant support of geodetic and laboratory control. Special removal deserves the technology of non-removable formwork, which restrains the fall of soil and slopes from under the floor plate.
Channels for engineering communications were covered with galvanized lattice flooring. The finishing floor is made of epoxy resin. Executive documentation is provided for all the work done. All materials used have quality documents.

Quality control of work
As part of quality control, daily construction control of works at the facility, incoming control of the structure, operational control and acceptance control, constant geodetic and laboratory control of the work performed were carried out.

Mistakes in construction always lead to an increase in the time and cost of work. To eliminate errors, our specialists carry out regular construction control and document all violations.
It is forbidden to use materials and products without quality documents. Before the start of work, it is necessary to conduct incoming control of project documentation. Work without project documentation is prohibited.
