Installation of measuring laboratory equipment with foundations and premises with special climatic conditions.
In this project, a complex of design and construction and installation works was carried out for the dismantling, movement, rigging and installation of a portal measuring machine with a total weight of 30 tons and a foundation plate in the production shop of the AMO ZIL press and welding building.
Features of this project
The design period was 15 working days. The construction and installation period was 45 working days. Very short terms of work, due to the fact that the equipment can be moved and mounted only in 10 days, to avoid stopping the current production. Installation of equipment on the foundation was carried out after a set of concrete strength of 70% of the design value. Work on the construction of enclosing structures and engineering systems was carried out in parallel. The commissioning work was carried out by specialists of the official representative in Russia for the maintenance of measuring equipment.
Applicable equipment
The following mechanisms were used in the implementation of these works:
– Forklift truck with a carrying capacity of 7000 kg.
– Stable electric, carrying capacity 1500 kg.
– Set of rigging devices: hydraulic jacks with a carrying capacity of 10 tons, rolling trolleys for a load of 15 tons, capron beams (textile slings) with a carrying capacity of 3 to 10 tons, etc.
– Set of equipment for general construction works: vibration seals, construction tours, equipment for diamond cutting of concrete, welding equipment, geodetic equipment, backhoe loader, concrete mixer, dump truck, etc.
Continuity of production of work
At the first stage of the implementation of this project, design and survey work was carried out, the type of foundation, the type of vibration insulation was chosen, projects were developed for connecting to intra-shop engineering networks, the construction part of the premises, the need for materials, labor and equipment was calculated. After the approval of the project, mobilization was carried out and construction and installation work began. All construction and installation work was carried out under the direct supervision of the responsible person.
Construction work was carried out in the following order: the device of protective fencing, dismantling, the device of foundations, the device of enclosing structures, the device of internal engineering systems, finishing works. Separately, it is necessary to note the connection of measuring equipment to in-house networks of air supply, electricity, low-current networks according to approved projects.
For all types of work, executive documentation with a register is issued. A loader is used to lift and move the wall of the measuring machine.
Work on lifting and moving equipment to the installation site was carried out in the following technological sequence: The portal system, measuring machine (portal type measuring machine) with the help of an electric stacker and rigging devices were dismantled.
The dismantled parts of the portal system, the measuring machine were moved to a designated area, at a new installation site and stored on wooden gaskets (liners).
The foundation plate (wall of the measuring machine) weighing 20500 kg was raised from the pit, moved to a new installation site and mounted in a specially prepared pit, using a car forklift and rigging devices.
An installation of a portal system, a measuring machine using an electric stacker and rigging devices was made.
Quality control of work
As part of quality control, it involves daily construction control of the work performed at the facility, incoming structural control, operational control and acceptance control, selective geodetic and laboratory control of the work performed. During the execution of the work, the maintenance of a work production journal, a magazine of concrete bots, a cable magazine, etc. was checked.
Possible and frequent mistakes
As practice shows, errors in construction always lead to an increase in the time and cost of work. To eliminate errors, the specialists of our company carry out construction control and document all violations.
Work without an agreed RRP leads to uncoordinated work of specialists and employees of the contractor, the work is not performed systematically, the order of work is not defined, the requirements for quality control are not defined, the requirements for maintaining executive documentation are not defined.
Work without the preparation of the Executive documentation leads to distortion of information on the volume and quality of the work performed. After completion of work, without the presence of executive documentation to determine reliably the scope of work is difficult.
Work without geodetic control leads to the accumulation of errors in the planned and high-altitude position of structures, often exceeding the maximum permissible deviations.
Work without Project documentation leads to a fascination with the timing of the project, leads to distortion of information on the volume and quality of work performed, the requirements for maintaining executive documentation are not specified, it is difficult to determine reliably the volume of work, the requirements for drawing up the PRP are not specified.
