One of the main tasks in the design and manufacture of presses is to increase the reliability and efficiency of all components and parts of the crank press: crankshaft, rod, slider and guide, gears.

Installation of the crank press
At the point of installation, the crank press equipment is released from packaging and packaging, and the units and mechanisms prepared for storage are subject to deconservation and thorough wipe.
By means of visual control, the absence of defects, porcelain bushings on the primary output contacts are checked, air dehumidifiers, oil filters, liquid indicators are checked, the integrity of the seals of the manufacturer is checked.
Identified defects are corrected during installation work.

Initiation of the crank press
Start-up crank press is used to test the main characteristics of the product and its components before the start of the operating period.
To perform commissioning works, the Customer allocates his representative authorized for the prompt resolution of organizational and technical issues.
The list of equipment and tools necessary for carrying out the PNR is available from service engineers of Sintez TMK.
After the completion of the commissioning, the machine is checked according to the Certificate of Acceptance for Conformity with Technical Specifications, after which the relevant Act on executed PPR is drawn up.
According to the results of commissioning, the Customer is put into operation equipment corresponding to passport data.
