Dismantling of the minting press

In terms of the volume of activities performed, rigging and transportation of minting presses is a movement belonging to the category of oversized cargo with a large weight, so all restrictive measures related to non-standard transportation of goods must be observed here.
As for the rigging of the minting press, its fastening on a mobile cargo platform and the nature of the use of lifting mechanisms when loading on low-frame platforms or trawls depends on its weight and linear dimensions, the state of the roadway along which the minting press will be transported and other factors affecting the safety of equipment during movement.

Installation of the coinage press
At the point of installation, the minting press equipment is released from containers and packaging, and the units and mechanisms prepared for storage are subject to deconservation and thorough wipe.
By means of visual control, the absence of defects, porcelain bushings on the primary output contacts are checked, air dehumidifiers, oil filters, liquid indicators are checked, the integrity of the seals of the manufacturer is checked.
Identified defects are corrected during installation work.
Startup of the minting press
Start-up minting press is used to test the main characteristics of the product and its components before the start of the operational period.
To perform commissioning works, the Customer allocates his representative authorized for the prompt resolution of organizational and technical issues.
The list of equipment and tools necessary for carrying out the PNR is available from service engineers of Sintez TMK.
After the start-up is completed, the machine is checked according to the Certificate of Acceptance for Conformity with Technical Specifications, after which the relevant Act on executed PPR is drawn up.
According to the results of commissioning, the Customer is put into operation equipment corresponding to passport data.
