Installation work on the assembly and completion of the necessary control complexes in containers is carried out at the factory – manufacturer.
After the transportation of boiler modules and unloading works on the site for their installation, a set of works is carried out, including rigging activities.
Before installation of steam boilers:
When installing steam boilers of sectional type, a large amount of activities is devoted to the transportation of products in horizontal and vertical displacement, i.e. with the use of rigging devices, primarily portal lifts, cranes and cranes.- inspection of surfaces from inside and outside is carried out, the condition of the interior partition, all pipelines is checked;
- parameters and linear dimensions of blocks and their elements are tested in accordance with the drawings, as well as their completeness;
- According to a similar scheme, block elements are accepted without walling and plating.
